scorpus23: How come I understand Geometry but not Algebra?
Geometry I understand and “got” from the minute i took it. Got A’s and B’s
Algebra I got like D’s and F’s in. I barely understood enough to pass or care to pass.
Are these two related in any way? How do you explain me sucking at algebra but knowing geometry.. Is geometry easier or something?

you can be good at both:) algebra just needs a lot of practice. and geometry and algebra are not related if you’d ask me. and in the earlier grades..algebra is actually very tough ..so all you’ve to do is practice and practice and you’ll see good results:)
Becasue you are practical. Geometry realtes to things your brain processes regularly like shapes and sizes. Algebra is all about hteory and things that could be. You are probably also a hands on type of learner. Its normal. Play to your strengths.Answer by liberal_dude
Both are related. If you got geometry, you probably don’t “suck” at algebra. A possible explanation is that algebra is often taught very poorly.
