How can I remove the smell of puppy poop from my car?

BAMASAE: How can I remove the smell of puppy poop from my car?
Ok, so I have a puppy that had parvo. On the way to the vet, the puppy defecated completely liquid diarrhea in the passenger seat of my car. Considering I was traveling down the highway at the time, I had to wait until the next exit to stop, so most of the liquid had soaked in. I have tried to clean the seat, and although the seat cover has come clean, the smell is still unbearable leading me to believe that it has rooted into the foam. Is there any way to get rid of the smell or am I going to have to replace the whole seat? By the way, the puppy made it through treatment and looks as if he will survive.

Replace the whole seat as something is not clean enough if the smell and colour is still there.

Hi Tiffany… so glad to hear your puppy survived such a dreadful disease. There’s a product called Nature’s Miracle which is an enzymatic neutralizer that works at breaking down both urine and feces odours by pouring the liquid deeply and then allowing to air dry. Repeated applications are necessary for heavily soiled areas

I have had to rescue my car seat from pet stains, kids milk, now that smells gross in the summer.what I do is go through the car wash backwards. You know ,the coin op. do it yourself kind.First I go in side and use the bubble brush and water and scrub and soak everything down as deep as I need too ,and then go to the vacuum .The 50 cent vacuum is a wet dry vac and will suck out gallons of water and depending on how many quarters you use you can suck out nearly all the water and stinky stuff and shampoo and clean all your upholstery .it will look and smell like a new car but air it out to dry or you’ll get a mold smell.
