: How can i get fit for gymnastics?
I used to do gymnastics when i was about 4 up until the age of 12 when i moved house. I am planning to start gymnastics again, now 17. I am still quite flexible- but i have become a little overweight. I really want to get back in shape, loose some weight and get back into my gymnastics!
Does anyone know how i can get fit to start the class in January?

i think that cardio is the best way to do that. it could be like cardio dvds from walmart or on tv or something or running or swimming or something you come up with. but diet is sooo very important too
2.5 km of jogging, 4 times a week.
Each week, try to get a little faster at jogging. This is good for you because it will help you lose FAT-weight and you won’t run out of breath too quickly in gymnastics.
