How can I find out from a persons e-mail address whether they are a russian or UK scammer?

Steven: How can I find out from a persons e-mail address whether they are a russian or UK scammer?
I have looked under scam sites and can’t find them , but I am fairly sure they are scammers. I just want to know of a better way other than just searching using their e-mail add

You usually can’t, Steven, as really good scammers use fake addresses and change them all the time.

Most scammers change their user names/email addresses with every scam. You can tell what country they are from by doing an IP lookup. But a scammer can easily have over 100 aliases and email addresses will show you just how many different names and over 150 different emails this one person used on online dating sites
