Tuan M: How can i catch a scammer?
I recently did a deal over the internet where i sold my handbag that retailed over $ 1,000.00 to a buyer out of state. The agreement were for me to send out the bag and the buyer sends out the money at the same time, than exchanging confirmation information. I asked for $ 800.00 and received $ 20.00! What can i do about this? I have her phone number, e-mail address as well as home address. What can i possibly do about this when the person is in California and i am located in Houston, Texas?

Send her that in an email and also let her know that if she doesnt send you the rest of the money that you will contact the FBI and give them all her information and she will end up in jail for years for a measly 780 dollars that she should’ve paid.
