Jonathan: How can a person with no religion convert to ‘reconstructionist Judaism’?
I can’t find anything on the internet, I know orthodox Judaism wouldn’t recognise the conversation with other denominations.

I don’t know.
One must contact a rabbi in order to convert.
All conversions to Judaism (regardless of the original beliefs) require a set system of lessons with a rabbi.
If you wish to convert to reconstructionist, you need to contact a rabbi of a reconstructionist shul.
If you aren’t particular about the denomination, you want to contact any rabbi, and discuss it with him or her.
Answer by SofttouchmaleWell all you need is a temple, a rabbi and a procedure.
If you find one of those, then you’ve found an official conversion.
Honestly I have to believe a person can convert to Judaism without any official sanction. A religion is a form of worship. Therefore to me, you can worship God any way you see fit (provided you don’t hurt anyone else in the process).
