If small businesses are a threat to the profits of corporation the government regulates them out of business. On purposely funneling all the money through government sanctioned corporations, that in turn support the government for doing so.

America is not a Capitalistic country. We are becoming more Fascist over time. As Union power in Government grows, so will the grip of the central government.
