im going to be a wide reciever for my school. i was already one but i want to be bettter because im going to a new school and im going to train for it i need tons of help on what i should eat,what i should do when im training, supplements, everything! help me! please!

no supplements… it really is a waste of time. after working out drink muscle milk. Whey is the best thing for you to build muscle. you might be able to train football wise with a friend but thats about it. Workout everyday. Not everything. Arms and back monday, legs tuesday, abs wednesday etc. Running in the morning wouldnt hurt either. And eat normally just stay away from fast food and fat snacks.
