How do you “open folder to view files” if your computer autoplays a CD?

just a mo’f’in kid.: How do you “open folder to view files” if your computer autoplays a CD?
I know you could go to your “computer” file thing, but it doesn’t show up.
When I put in a CD I want those options. Like “open with” and “open folder to view files”.
But I accidently hit play and “do this with every disk from now on” or something like that. I don’t want it to autoplay, I want to view each file on it. How?

locate the CD drive in my computer and go open/ explore disk depending on your OS.
