Besides the basics and genitals tests, are there other exams performed? If so, what are the exact procedures?
This is a medical physical for a 17 year old male

Math, history and geography, definitely. The math exam is usually the one people have the hardest time passing.

we are talking about a routine physical on a healthy male?

unless it’s a physical for the military, it will only include height, weight, vitals signs, blood pressure, vision, hearing, throat and abdomen palpation, reflexes and possible testicular exam.
physicals for the military are a little more involved.
