I don’t know for sure but it would be worth calling Metamorphosis, which is a Tattoo/Piercing/Body Art place in Broad Ripple.
If the place listed by the other person to answer doesn’t know of any, I’d call Skinquake. I would imagine that one of the two places would know of someone.
Another place to ask for info would be Eyes of India (I think that’s the name) in the Lafayette Square Mall. It is an Indian run business that specializes in threading hair removal. I know she would know!
