JMP: Do you wear your panties over or under a garter belt?
How would you take the panties off with out removing the clips from the stockings, if the panties were under?
This is for the guys: Does it look sexy either way, or only if the panties are under the belt?

over that way you would not need to unhook the stockings all the time. make sure the stockings are place right in the belt or they will start to fall during the day. I hope it helps and enjoy
