Rachael: Women: What do you want out of a lingerie store / lingerie in general that you struggle to find?
I’m seriously considering opening up a lingerie store, slightly like Victoria’s Secret but more chic and personalized. The store would be smaller, and prices would be slightly less expensive (ex. 5 for $ 20, not 5 for $ 25).

What is one problem you seem to consistently have with lingerie, be it bras, panties, sleepwear, etc? What would you love to walk into a lingerie store and see? Any other suggestions? Thanks so much!

stuff that is for curvy women yet very sexy……..
petite bras (shorter under-wires) for those people that wear current bras that wires poke their sides
again, stuff that is for curvy women (sizes 14 +)yet very sexy…….

I design and make custom fitted nylon undies for men and women. The biggest complaint from women is that the *store bought) panties don’t fit right around the bum *cheeks. the biggest complaint from *well endowed* men is that there is inadequate room in the front pouch. I take individual sizings and correctly fit undies to each person.

I have a hard time finding stuff for big girls that doesn’t look like Grandma panties or slut wear. I want some thing elegant that shows some skin and does not include crotchless panties or boob cut-outs. Like the 1920’s to 1940’s pin up girls. So many times there are ads for sexy plus size lingerie that turn out being standard sleep shirt with shorts or it just screams “Hi! I’m a prostitute!”.
Also, in colors other than black, white, red, and pastel pink. That’s the sum of the palate for women of substance.
