Wondering: Do you think it is possible to start “falling in love” with some one you’ve never met in person?
You see all these websites…. match.com, plentyoffish.com, ect… and people met via internet and start chatting …. but lets say they are just starting to talk via the phone do you think they could fall in love with out ever seeing each other … because remember people only post the pictures that they look good in! What are your thoughts?
Do think it could take a while or maybe a week?
Also is this becoming the “norm” meeting people off the internet? Would you or have you?

Yes it’s possible in the course of a month or so.
You should meet at least I think. They might not be who they say and be a crazy or dangerous. But meet in a public place.Answer by Life Coach

i think you could fall in love with the idea you have of what that person is. Some people (dreamers, i call them) might disagree with me, but let’s be real here, a monitor or a cell phone could never be the same as being there, you know, twinkle in the eye, holding hands, even little arguments.Answer by Diva4life
Love is a funny thing. Anything is possible. As for the time, that’s different for every relationship and every couple I guess. I have never and will never try to meet anyone over the internet. I don’t trust people enough…Answer by pricilla 2076
i’m not sure about love…but you can certainly idealize someone you haven’t met and think that you love them..cuz..they seem perfect or..just right for you…but better watch out.. if it’s too good to be true..it usually is…Answer by Kevin J
Yes you can fall in love without ever having met each other, the good thing about this is that you fall in love with the person they are on the inside instead of basing your feelings on what they look like. The good thing is if they fall in love with you, you know it is because the like who you really are and not what you look like, unless you have sent them lots of photos of yourself.
