A little of both. Sometimes i take a packed lunch, sometimes i treat myself to a burger or something. Though recently i just bought a toasted sandwich maker and i took it to work and have toasties everyday which saves me loads of money!

I usually eat here at work. My boss provides good healthy food for staff. So, in that sense, I am lucky!

I try to bring my lunch Monday through Thursday and treat myself to something nice on Fridays (usually not fast food – but a meal at a dine-in restaurant).

If I could eat fast food every day without gaining a pound, I would do it! BUT, just thinking about a Big Mac makes me fat! So, sometimes it is a frozen Lean Cuisine or sandwich, but rarely fast food!

Sometimes I bring lunch. The guys here at work try to pressure me into eating out with them everyday. Not fast food, but places like Apple Bee’s or Chinese… I do end up at a fast food restaurant most of the time. I know it’s not good for me, but it’s so convenient. I think Subway could be our safest bet when it comes to fast food, but if you want to save some cash bring your lunch to work.

I try to bring my lunch, everyday…by the time its thursday, i get pretty bored of making it, so i have buy food instead, and regret it, as i have the exact same stuff at home which i could made myself and save at least £2.50

I ALMOST NEVER BRING LUNCH. TOO LAZY TO MAKE IT THE NIGHT BEFORE OR THAT MORNING. WE USUALLY ORDER SOMETHING FROM THE LOCAL ESTABLISHMENTS.
