: question for women with saline implants: can you feel the difference between the implant and your real breast?
like if someone grabbed your boob, would they be able to feel where the difference between your real breast and th implant? would they be ale to feel the implant “sack” or “bag”? it seems to me like they would be able to bc they are filled with salt water, whereas saline is a gel and would be less detectable.
thank you.

yes and you can see the deference too. they look rounder then a normal boob. silicone gel is the natural looking and feeling oneAnswer by Jane
No, I couldn’t feel the difference because I got a size that was not too small and neither was it too big for my body. If you try pushing the implant outward than you can feel the implant but, silicone feels and looks more real because it a squishy kind of gel so you can never tell the difference. I got saline because my surgeon knew in the near future I am going to need a replacement, regardless of whether I had saline or silicone, and I wouldn’t need to pay for a mammogram every other year on top of replacements.Answer by Cathy
With the advancement in cosmetic surgery nowadays, several manufactures of breast enlargement implants are able to produce silicone and saline implant that mimic the texture and bounce of a real-breast that it’s often hard to know if someone has bust augmentation. Search online for such products so you’ll know more about them.
Don’t forget during your breast enlargement surgery consultation, it is very important that you fully discuss the variety of different implants with your surgeon and that your surgeon also takes the time to show you a wide variety of implants so that you can understand the differences between them and why one may be more appropriate for your breast enlargement procedure than another.
