keep nursing, they soreness will go away
Well you can just breastfeed you baby that will help get the milk out. It sounds like you are engorged. If you are not wanting to breastfeed at all then I heard that putting cabbage leaves on your breast help to dry you up. I breastfeed so I am not sure how to dry up your milk other then from what I hear.
Good Luck!!!

Ibuprofin to help the pain, cold compresses on the breasts and a good supportive bra to wear thats not too tight will help the painfulness of the engorgement process. Avoid stimulating the nipples or too much warmth on the breasts….Answer by wag35
do you not want to breastfeed? if not, it will take about three days for the engorgement and soreness to decrease and eventually go away completely. cold cabbage leaves offer some relief apply to breasts until the coolness has left the leaves.Answer by Megsmum
I know this sounds crazy but it worked for me put some spinach leaves in the fridge for a while then slip them in your bra when they are cold it is really soothing and helps engorged breasts. I breast fed my daughter for a year but when I went back to work I got that full painful feeling so I know what you are going through It will probably only last untill your milk dries up.Answer by Mia T
I know that at the beginning it hurts and can get very uncomfortable, but after a while when you get used to it it’s all right. It will go away on its own eventually, especially when your baby stops getting her/his milk through the mom’s breastfeeding.Answer by Xai
Your breasts are full and hard because they are full of milk for your child. If you don’t latch your baby on it will go away in a few days. Why are you not breast feeding if you don’t mind me asking? Must admit it makes me a little cross as I was desperate to breastfeed but my milk never came in and I was unable to. I would have killed to have my boobs full of milk for my baby!
