Law enforcement is but one component of the criminal justice system including the courts, corrections and I suppose even the legislators who make the laws.Answer by Protagonist
Criminal Justice majors focus on the CJ system as a whole, from crime to punishment and everything in between.
Law Enforcement majors will focus on the enforcement of laws, methods of law enforcement, critiques, history, theory of crime prevention/origin, etc.
Typically, Law Enforcement is a specialization in the Criminal Justice degree program . ie, psychology majors will often choose different areas of the field like Child Psychology or Criminal Psychology.
