It’s good. You also need to review your credit reports for any issues, though, just in case.
Your chances depend on your income, job history etc
744 is not bad. You want to be in the 700 range
However there are 3 credit bureaus so check your score with each one
Equifax
TransUnion
Experion
After you have done that and made sure your credit is clear I would get preapproved by your bank for a loan and they’ll be able to tell you how much debt you can afford
Good luck!
Also FICO was created by the Fair Isaac Corporation which gave it the acronym:)
Answer by ScottThe highest is 850 FICO and good/excellent begins around 720. Of course you’ll get it. You seem not to have any late payments or delinquent accounts. If you have a previous reference from your land lord I’m sure you can. You can check myfico.com to review FICO score information.
