What does 1 and 1/2 pt stand for…i dont know what the “pt” stands for. Also, what is vegetable suet? Also, is vegetable bouillon the same as vegetable stock cubes

Pints you should be able to convert pints to mls using google. Not sure on suet but yes same thing.

A pint is 16 fluid ounces, veggie suet is a mirepoix of carrots, celery and onions, a basic for most dishes to season, bouillon and veggie cubes the same

pt stands for pint
vegetable suet means to place at bottom of pan a layer of carrots onions and celery and then lay your meat on top.
vegetable bouillon is usually loose and you can regulate how much you use as opposed to cubes that are a specific size.
