Mr.: My computer is telling me i have a critically low amount of space left. What can i delete?
Basically I have an Windows XP, and i’m running out of space on my computer. The only things i need to keep are my music from iTunes, which are saved in random locations, some pictures that are also scattered throughout, and anything that’s required to open files, and of course the microsoft office programs. Also, i have sever users on the computer which i can delete, but i’m afraid my music’s file location is on one of the other user’s account, which i’m afraid to delete.
Any help!
Thanks.

remove all programs not needed empty your temp files also defrag will help too
First of all, back up the iTunes library to DVDs using iTunes built in backup command.
As far as what is safe to delete, we don;t know. especially if you have data files randomly scattered.
Sweep your machine clean of viruses and spyware
Run Microsoft Disk Clean Up (All Programs > Accessories > System Tools)
Clean out caches with CCleaner https://www.ccleaner.com
Glary Utilities: https://www.glaryutilities.com/
Delete old programs that you never use.
Delete the c**pware that comes from the computer manufacturer that you never use. A small program, PCDecrapifier https://www.pcdecrapifier.com/ can help in removing the excess programs that manufacturers load your hard drive up with.
Consider upgrading to a new larger, faster hard drive. Hard drives slow down dramatically as they fill up,

Answer by FabbyDid you check your recycle bin? There may be tons of files there including those that you just deleted.
Alternatively….you could choose to compress your files or directories (make sure they are non video and image) [assuming you formatted using NTFS format].
