Goodwill has lots of good stuff and sometimes brand name designer stuff, and with it being second hand the stuff is really cheap. They only take in stuff in good condition, or winners if you want brand new.Answer by scrchick78
if you want to go a little pricier try dillard’s or macy’s

I’m a mother of 3 boys – 2, 6 & 8 yrs old. The quality of clothes at Target are fantastic. They are of the same quality, if not better, than those of expensive brands. They have an excellent range of clothing, accessories and shoes for girls. I always find pretty clothing for my nieces without having to shop at another dept store.Answer by UndefinedTears
Go to Limited Too, Abercrombie (not Abercrombie and Fitch), Macy’s, Kohl’s, Gap for kids, Aeropostale, Old Navy. That’s all I can think of right now.
Hollister and American Eagle might be a little too big for a 10 year old. Maybe in a year or two she can wear clothes from there.Answer by rosebuddy
