I was harassed by Casino security for my ID and accused of prostitution. I was in the casino on my way to the club and approached as a prostitute. How can I file my claim???

If you are in Nevada, it can’t be done. Nevada law is extremely protective of casino’s. They can do almost anything they want, and you can’t do a thing about it.

If you were in another state, check your states laws on the subject matter.

Everyone can be sued the question is rather or not the time and money you spend on filing the lawsuit results in a win. If you contact an attorney or two and ask them to represent you in the case see what they have to say about it. Don’t be mislead because some attorneys will say what they think you want to hear just to get your money. I seriously doubt if this one is worth the money.
