Get a hobby, and maybe learn some grammar?
It’s about being with your family, and I can guarantee you’re just waiting for presents.
Charity Work!
It might sound funny to you, but it will really enhance your Christmas Spirit. =)
There’s a lot of toy drives where I live. The radio station runs these events, and you can easily help them out.
For many children, this will be their last Christmas, due to illness or other reasons. Make their Christmas the best!
Example: Every year I help with a charity to set up a huge winter wonderland for sick children to go to before Christmas. There was this one three-year old… he had Cancer. He was so excited to go- every child recieves a gift and meets Santa. However, a week before the event, he became so sick and was unable to leave the hospital. Eventually, they debated what to do. They knew his life would be gone within 6 months.. The hospital gave him permission to leave. You should’ve seen his smile, how happy he was! Sadly, he did pass away over the summer. His widowed father told me he’s never seen him that happy, and thanked us for making his last Christmas memorable.
To me, that’s better than waiting for presents under the tree. Try helping out in an organization like this, at a soup kitchen, or even read to sick children in the hospital. It’s rewarding. =)

Well I would also suggest some charity work. There’s tons of organizations that need help.
Try going to your local nursing home and passing out candy canes, and just visiting each person there. A lot of the people living there are very lonely and depressed and would love to see a young face coming to them and wishing them a Merry Christmas!
Also, you could do the same thing by visiting sick people at a hospital.
If you don’t want to visit people, you can always make a big package to send to soldiers overseas, and get your friends/classmates involved. They need and want things like snacks, magazines, phone cards, deodarent, shampoo, lotion, sunscreen, christmas decorations, gum, anything you can get at CVS.
Also, you could visit your local animal shelter and volunteer there! They’re usually understaffed since it is volunteer only. You could even go a couple days a week after school and take care of the animals, play with the puppies, etc.
You could suggest activities for you and your parents to do together. Christmas is about spending time with family, so maybe you could suggest going out to a restaurant together each weekend?
