no, look, if you want to become a blackjack dealer at any casino you need to go to a certified dealing school. isn’t that the answer you really needed?!Answer by teebone35
They are going to ask you if you have any experience in the casino industry. They will do a background check and basically ask you why you want to become a dealer at a casino.Answer by Angela B
How about, “Do you like to win, or make money.” Often, I am at a table and the dealer begins to get smug when he wins. But the reality is if there is some give and take, I will tip the dealer more. And as long as I feel like we are playing and they are not taking my money without any fun, I will keep laying down more cash to win back.
But of course, as a business, quick money is something nice to have.

As a pit boss and dealer myself I suggest you find out if you need any sort of gaming license for that state or casino. Some casinos do in house training so you could save time and money by getting trained where you are hired.
As far as the job goes, you must be extremely outgoing and show this in your interview. You can’t be shy or outwardly nervous. Go to a casino and see how other dealers work and get familiar with the games you would be dealing.
You also need to be smart, it sounds stupid, but you need a decent head on your shoulders.
Good luck
