Can you interview with me about service animals and pets?
1. What do you think about service animals in stores and restaurants? ABSOLUTLEY – NO HARM AND IT ALLOWS LESS FORTUNATE PEOPLE DO THINGS THEY MAY NOT BE ABLE TO DO.
2. What do you think about facility dogs in hospitals? AGAIN – IT IS A NO BRAINER, THEY ASSIST OTHERS AND BRING A LOT OF JOY/COMFORT TO SOME THAT NEED THEM.
3. What pets do you like? ALL – MAINLY CATS AND DOGS.
4. Do you own pets?If so, what pets do you own? I HAVE A DOG AND SOME CATS. MY FOUR-LEGGED KIDS!
5. Where do you think pets should live, indoors or outdoors? THAT DEPENDS ON THE ANIMAL. SOME WERE DOMESTICATED BY US HUMANS AND THEREFORE NEED TO BE TAKEN CARE OF INSIDE. IF WE DOMESTICATED THEM – THEN IT IS OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CONTINIE THE JOB.
6. How do you think pets can help people? EMOTIONALLY – PHYSICALLY – THE ANIMAL GIVES UNDIVIDED LOVE AND EXPECTS NOTHING BUT THE SAME IN RETURN. WHERE ELSE CAN YOU GET THAT? HUMANS OFTEN JUDGE AND DISMISS PEOPLE DUE TO SOMETHING SOCIETY FEELS IS UNFIT. ANIMALS ARE KNOWN FOR THE NON-JUDGEMENTAL DEVOTION – SOMETHING I RELY ON FROM MY GUYS ALL THE TIME.
7. Why do you think people like pets? THOSE WHO RESPECT THEM, KNOW WHY. EVERYONE WILL HAVE A DIFFERENT ANSWER.
Why do people dislike pets? THESE ARE VERY CLOSED MINDED PEOPLE…..Answer by MotherBear1975
I’m going to assume this is for a school project or something, so I’ll bite…
1.Service animals are well-trained, and well behaved. People need them to function. I have no problem with them in stores and restaurants.
2.Dogs in hospitals are great! They are very helpful, and some cases that were thought to be hopeless have been turned around by a visiting dog.
3. Dogs
4.I have a staffie/pit bull mix.
5.Indoors if its nasty out, if its nice, give them the choice. But always bring them in at night!
6.Pets are companions, offering love without judgement for anyone. In a practical manner, they protect you and your home, from more than just intruders, but fire, or gas leaks… many people have been saved by their pets aletring them to some problem.
7a. See #6. b. Who knows? Maybe people are just lazy and don’t want to clean up after them or give them the love/exercise/care they need.
Answer by MISS-MARY1. I believe a blind person needs the dog and should be allowed to take it anyplace they go. My dad had one years ago and they are well trained for doing their job.
2. I believe that as long as there are no patients that are allergic being exposed the animals are a blessing to the people that are cooped up. The animals must be healthy and be very gentle. It’s a great thing for all concerned.
3. I only like furry pets. no reptiles or amphibians. I love dogs, cats, rabbits (outside) and hamsters.
4.I have a dog and 2 cats.
5.Depends on the people and the pets. My dog is inside, my cats are outside they have access to a closed in porch and a dog house in there with a quilt and food and water there. I would bring them in if it got to really low temps.
6. They are company to me, my dog warns me if anyone is around, he sleeps with me and probably keeps my BP down. The cats keep all mice, moles and snakes killed within the surrounding area, of course they bring the trophy’s home.
7. I like my pets because I was raised this way. My whole family has pets and we treat them like family. They are company and are always happy to see you and they show unconditional love. Plus they are fun to be around and they do their jobs too.
My husband was raised without any pets allowed, inside or out. He always claimed to not like pets but in my family he didn’t have a chance. I had 2 daughters before we met. We married and after a few yrs. he changed. It’s been 16 yrs. and the other day he said that one of the cats had been a part of the family longer than the dog, so she should be allowed to come in the house. The dog is jealous a little. The other cat is huge, my daughter gave him to me cuz, her dogs give him a time. So, I didn’t really want all three of them in the house all the time because of the hairs. So, I tried a night with her in and she bothered me all night. She’s back out and if it gets really cold I’ll allow them both in, I promise. So, it’s all got to do with how you are raised and how you are exposed to pets that makes you like or dislike. Anyone that could hurt a pet, is sadistic though and that is sick.
Was this homework? Hope I helped you some.
