Mommy Dearest: Can I use the left over marinade during the cooking process?
I had some pork loins that I marinaded over night and I’d like to use whats left ( what was in the container, that the raw pork was in, the bottle is empty) as a baster during cooking. The pork is cooking, so will the leftover marinade be ok to use? It’s not like I am going to use it AFTER it’s done cooking, That , I know is not a smart idea.

No problem. The heat of your oven should eliminate any bacteria.
yes you can do that its fineAnswer by Mountian_Baby
No.
You should have saved some out for glazing/basting.
As you slowly add it, not all that left over mainade is going to come to temp.
Also it will leave nasty globs of protien gel for you as it cooks.
