A Newer House Most likely An Older House Much Likely no a newer house would be pretty easy to duplicate Like Mine Or a very old house would be very hard
Yeah, of course. It is not like there is any copyright on the house is there! Enjoy building your house!Answer by oil field trash
It can be done.
One way is to see if the plans for the existing house are available and have them copied.
You could also ask an architect to duplicate the plans based on looking at the house.
The only problems that might occur has to do with the age of the existing house. In the case of older houses codes have changed and you might have to make some modifications to been the current building codes.
As a matter of interest, there is a historic Victorian house where we live. A doctor had a modern duplicate of it constructed and if you look at the two houses you can hardly tell the difference.
Answer by Mohammed HamiIt really depends on the area and the shape of the area that you want to build the house in, if the shape is not suitable you definitely can not build the exact designAnswer by R K
yes, just find house plans that fit what you want, or have plans drawn up and tell them what you want.
