LaSt: can foreigners trade in nasdaq or any stock market in other countries other than their own?
i’ve always wanted to become an investor preferrably like warren buffett or those who are in the forbes 400, i mean big time investors, i heard that foreigners aren’t allowed to buy stocks in other countries is this true? but how does the big time investor do this? i heard they have stocks of companies from different countries? or did i miss anything?

Foreigners can trade stocks in Nasdaq. We need a trading account at particular stock market.
