Hmmmmmm: Can Criminal abuse and Child abuse be concidered the same thing?
If in an article they say “Man sentenced for criminal abuse”
And another says “Man sentenced for child abuse”
But both articles are about the same case.
Are they the same?Or are they different? Why?

They are both criminal charges. The other one is just specifying that he was charged for child abuse.
Child abuse is a form of criminal abuse, but not all criminal abuse cases are child abuse. Domestic abuse (hitting a spouse) could fall under the heading of criminal abuse also.
It’s like saying an apple is a fruit. This does not mean all fruits are apples. Some fruits are apples, some are pears, and some are oranges.
