How do I tell if I have broken clitoral/vaginal nerves?

Kristy H: How do I tell if I have broken clitoral/vaginal nerves?
During sex, it is very hard for me to orgasm. I rarely do and with my boyfriend I have only 3 times in the past 2 month when we have intercourse up to 6 times per week. There are times when I feel like I’m going to reach orgasm yet I never fully reach it. I don’t know if this is due to breaking nerves or something from previous boyfriends or masturbation or what or if there is something I can do to help it

It’s highly unlikely that anything inside you is actually broken. It’s much more likely that what’s wrong are your expectations.
It sounds like you’re expecting to be able to have an orgasm from having intercourse. If you did, that would put you in the minority.

Most (75%) of women cannot orgasm from intercourse alone. They need other forms of sex, which include clitoral stimulation. It’s often best if the woman has her orgasm during foreplay. That will make her enjoy intercourse a lot more.

So your man should stimulate you with his hand or mouth (or both), before you actually have intercourse. Or he, or you, can lend a helping hand during the act.

It’s very likely that there is nothing wrong with you, except that you’re misinformed. Take a bit of time and educate yourself… having better sex is worth a bit of study!

Every girl is different. The best advice for anyone is not for force it. It’ll come naturally. If you masturbate or have sex, then you should explore yourself in what makes you feel good down there. Once you do, then the stimulation itself will soon bring you to an orgasm. You may not know how if feels at first so perhaps you’ll feel the buildup and your body reacting in preparation of the orgasm like shortness of breath, lost of thought, and excessive wetness but if you keep continuing and at that point, you’ll feel an uncontrollable release of pleasure like a wave or an explosion of energy that will consume your body for about 2-3 seconds. For the human body, there is nothing else that compares to it. Hope it helps =)
