If my nipples don’t stick out by the age of 15, do i have inverted nipples?

yes, nipples that don’t stick out are inverted. This is generally something that probably would have changed before puberty (menstruation) if it were going to change.

try rubbing them or putting ice on them to see if they stick out. You may just have nipples that don’t pop out that far….no big deal.
