curious Bill: My Brazilian wife is on a fiancee visa and now she needs to get a spouse visa.How much is this?
We’ve been married since December and must get the visa by the 5th of Feb.We paid £750 for the fiancee visa do we have to pay £750 again for the spouse visa?
We are both settled in the Uk.I am a british citizen. We have a child born in the UK.

No you apply for a settlement VISA which is £750
She then can work, but she can not claim any public funds for 2 years.
After 2 years you have to prove that you are still together and in love. Collect all house hold bills.
She then will have to take the life in the UK test £50.
Once done this she can apply for Leave to Remain £780.
Now she has your Leave to Remain she can apply for British Citizenship and a British Passport £750.
