just eat healthy and do some bar exercises that you do in class like plea’s and stuff.. but being at home you cant really do centre stuff like grande jete’s and all that jazz. So i think the best thing to do is eat properly and work reallly hard in your classes and you will get the results you need 🙂
A consistant diet is the key. Eat healthy and drink water.
Don’t forget that body image is not everything, so you
shouldn’t go overboard, ok. Stop when you need to.
Apart from that you can do excersicing, like running,
bike riding, or if you have an ab circle pro (try ebay).
And Swimming! Swimming is an all body workout.
Just try sports and eat healthy, its guarenteed to work, right?
Goodluck

If you don’t have any ballet experience or the proper equipment, I really don’t recommend trying to do ballet at home, but there are tons of other things to help you prepare for your dance classes. I like to say that in dance there are three parts: the body, the technique, and the brain. The technique can only be learned in a class and corrected by a teacher. The brain is similar and usually takes a class to learn the different dance terms. The body, however, can be done by anyone and everyone. The two most important parts of a dancer are their legs and their torsos. Dancers need good core strength to turn and leg muscles for power to jump. It is also important for dancers to have a great deal of flexibility in their legs and back as well. These are all areas that you may want to try to work on. Try doing some sit ups for abdominal strength or practicing your splits. You don’t have to do a whole lot of work before you get to class because your teacher will whip you in shape anyway, but being prepared may make you feel more confident and help you improve faster. Good luck. 🙂Answer by Lilly Schmaltz
you need to make sure you are eating healthy foods and drinking a lot of water. give yourself a full class or as much as you can in the space provided and be sure you are doing each step correctly to use all of the right muscles. you also need to focus on conditioning. crunches and push ups as well as back exercises are great because they tone the right muscles needed for dance. if you can do pilates for that.
