Kara G: At a university, are you allowed to get your major and minor from two different colleges?
I was looking at Boston University and I was interested in majoring in music theory and minoring in screenwriting. One is accomplished at the College of Fine Arts, and the other is at Boston University’s College of Communication. I was just wondering if it was possible to major/minor in both. And if there’s any other general University information you know, please share it with me. Thanks.

Yes, both are at the same school.
I highly suggest going there on a college visit. Meet with admissions and the head of both departments you want to major/minor in. See if you need to audition for the music theory major.
