Can I transfer from Eastern Oregon University to another Oregon university for in-state tuition?

Jordan: Can I transfer from Eastern Oregon University to another Oregon university for in-state tuition?
I am planning on attending Eastern Oregon University, but I am not from Oregon and am considered an out-of-state resident. Could I transfer to another Oregon University after a certain amount of time for in-state tuition?

If your main reason to be in Oregon is to attend college, no. At least at University of Oregon. You might get around the system if you had a job and paid income tax in Oregon.
