If the united states collapsed and everyone was on their own free will, would men go back to loving women? How much influence does the justice system play on marriages?

No! Divorce is in place exactly because men did not respect women – they would get rid of their older spouse for a younger one and then leave their first spouse with nothing. Divorce laws prior to the 20th c in the US were so slanted in favor of males.

Women no longer need to get married. That is a good thing. We can have children without men – just go to a sperm bank. Watch the movie “The Kids are Alright.”
