MB: wny I am getting Insufficient length of credit history?
My credit history is about 4.5 years old and since last 3 years I have excellent credit score. But I always get “-Insufficient length of credit history” from Trans union. Is 4.5 years length of history is not enough? when this remark about insufficient length of credit history go away?

It will probably go away after you have had credit for about 7 years. But don’t worry too much about it, it doesn’t really affect getting loans or credit cards unless you have less than 3 years.

it depends on how old your OLDEST account is, and wether or not it is still open. The worst thing to do is to close your first account, becuase that gives you the history. So, if you have been dealing with credit for 4.5 years but you haven’t kept a card open longer than 6 months, then you really don’t have 4.5 years worth of histroy…if that makes sense.

Yeah it takes time to build it… Just stay current and keep your balances in check. You’ll see
