maybe its litter tray is not clean or it cud be ill
Cat box might be dirty.
She might be stressed.
Is she spayed?
Did you bring in a new pet or human?
She could have worms or a UTI.Answer by rrm38
It’s usually one of two things. Either the cat is trying to call the owner’s attention to a health problem like a urinary tract infection or the cat is stressed. Things that might cause them to have an escalated stress level are moving, remodeling or other busy projects within the home, the addition of another pet or family member or the presence of another cat outdoors. Of course, changing brands of cat litter or not maintaining the box consistently can also lead to improper elimination. If there haven’t been any changes in her environment I recommend taking her in for a quick vet check to rule out a health issue.Answer by Erin b
She’s either angry at you for something, or she’s got something medical going on.Answer by sototallyswankified
is she spayed if not that might be the problem or maybe her catbox is dirtyAnswer by Calvin
It could be a number of things:
The cat may be sick or have an infection of some sort or it may just be ticked off about something. Did you move the litter box or change the environment anywhere near her litter box? I would take her to the vet and have her checked out….a friend of mines cat did this and the vet was able to give her medication that stopped this.
Answer by Bill LKeep the litter box clean. let it out of the house more. If she still does it take her to the vet

Answer by St3fThere may be another cat around. If your cat is a male cat and there is any females or males around the cat will mark his/her territory. hope this helpsAnswer by Lilyta
she’s rebelling.Answer by DogHelper
Hope you don’t mind a dog lover coming over to this side, but have you ever considered training your cat to use the toilet? If she learned, then it could solve your problem. This may be the perfect time to transition to something new.
I found this site:
Look towards the bottom of the page for “toilet train my cat”
Hope this helps!
