okay just like an hour ago i was wondering this and i was also wondering y they picked the christmas tree to be the christmas tree because before it had a name that wasn’t christmas tree and i think its called the evergreen but back to your question i think they call it the christmas tree because somebody a long time ago put a random tree up in their yard or somewhere around christmas time and called it the christmas tree and now it is a huge tradition
