fuel prices have skyrocketed lately.they cut production to raise the cost again.they want our stimulus money too!and also because they can and there is nothing we can do about it!

They didnt double.. YOUR flight doubled.

And it could be for a variety of reasons. The flight filled up, you lost the advance purchase special, or they just decided to raise the fare.

Air fares in general did not go up that much in the last few weeks. But if you’re looking at flights within the next few weeks, probably the reason they went up so much as that they’re close at hand.
