i dont know about Dillards, cause i dont have one of them near me. but i know you will be able to find them at Macy’s and Jcpenny. also, if you have a forever21 near your are you can try there. i once needed black pants for a volunteer thing i was doing, and i was able to get 20$ black, dressy, pants at Forever 21! 🙂
