does it mean..
1) it causes acne even if u eat it once in 2 weeks.
2) it only causes acne if u eat it everyday..

Depends on how your body takes in and responds to it. But really any food can cause that. As well as stress and sun and all that. If you don’t get it by eatting like you do then your fine. A lot causes achne. They just say that to get people away..

Once in two weeks is fine. Everything in moderation. If you’re eating it every day or every other day it’s probably too much. As well as sugar stimulating hormones and whatnot, if you touch your face after eating it the oil causes pimples.
