I think I started in the sixth grade but it was only aeropostale, I haven’t been there in years. So maybe around 13.
I still shop with my mom!! Shes a great person to shop with! I mean yeah, I go out with friends shopping and buying stuff but I love shopping with mom 🙂 Or I shop with my mom, my friends and their moms! I don’t think you should be shopping alone when you are just starting middle school.
BQ: Just the basics: jeans (2-4) , tops (5-8), couple pair of shoes, nice jacket, brown and black belt etc. Oh and 2 dresses: one dressy and one casual

I’m 17 years old – female – and I still shop with my mom because she honestly has a better fashion style than I do. And she chips in for paying too which is awesome.
I don’t give a f*** about what other people think about going shopping with their parents. I’d rather go shopping with my mom than with my friends to be honest. Or by myself.
I probably started shopping in the Juniors section around 12 or 13 I guess. But now I just shop wherever.
BQ: 3 pairs of jeans, 2 pairs of shorts, 1 pair of sneakers, 1 pair of flats, a few tops, 2 coats, idk. It depends on how much shopping you need to do. :/
Answer by ♥Nerd_Girl♥I think in the 8th or 9th grade. I’m 17 and still shopping in the Junior section!
BQ: Um, I usually get maybe 7 pairs of jeans and a lot of different tops.
Answer by JessicaI think 14.. I go shopping with my parents sometimes.. I’m 17.
BQ: How ever many you think you need. There’s no rule saying you need a certain amount of clothes for middle school.
Answer by Schrödinger’s Cat (Curly Headed F*ck)I was in fifth grade, so age 11. I started shopping at this little surf store called Pac Sun.
I would go with my mom. Now I am 19, and I still shop in the Juniors section.
BQ: For me, I would always do 5 jeans/shorts. 10 new tops. 7 new undies. 2 new bras. A new pair of shoes. a new jacket. and a new sweater or hoodie.
Answer by ♥♫Kirsten♫♥When I started 6th grade. And I still usually go with my parents, I’m 16.
BQ: Buy 2 or 3 pairs of jeans, 2 hoodies, a skirt or dress, and some shirts. You don’t need to spend a lot of money on a new wardrobe just because you’re starting middle school.
Answer by Fix A HeartYeah I only feel comfortable shopping with my mom. I’m thirteen.
I started snooping in juniors section when I was twelve I think.
BQ: don’t spend too much money just buy some shirts now and then a few jeans and a new pair of shoes or more.
Answer by ReineI’m thirteen, and I stopped shopping in the juniors when I was ten, I believe, because I developed early. But, it’s perfectly normal to shop there for awhile.
Don’t break the bank on clothes. You really shouldn’t get that many clothes, because chances are that you will outgrow the clothes in six months. It depends on how many school appropriate clothes you have. Make sure it is dress code. A good base is about ten different outfits (jeans and a T-shirt. Simple).
Answer by Outspoken Misfit-Satanic Pikachu TheMuslimStonerMan but anyways I started shopping in “mens” around 14
Haha yeah I shop with my dad, he is pretty straight and not embarrassing like my mom.
BQ:lol 5th graders.
Answer by MCRFan ღ ⓐмєяιcα’ѕ ⓢυιтєнєαятI’m thirteen, and I began doing so three years ago. Why? I was sick of the girly, sequined “I Heart Daddy!” shirts that didn’t fit, and I love the junior fashions. For sizes in juniors, I probably wear like 2 or 3 in jeans and Small in shirts.
BQ: Five of each, if you are on a budget.
Answer by GuppyI don’t know what section that is. I went from children’s to women’s at age 11 or 12.Answer by ᴙαωᴙ
When I started middle school. I didn’t like all the sparkly pink stuff. I still go with my mommy. 🙂 And I’m 13.
BQ: 5 jeans/shorts, 7 shirts, a hoodie or two, a new pair of shoes, and underwear and bras. You’ll probably outgrow a lot of stuff, so don’t buy too much.
Since you are only like 11 and still shopped in the kids section, you’ll probably be a small or extra small. Idk about jeans though. I still (sometimes) buy jeans in the kids section because they are cheaper. xD
Answer by Bang Bang Choo Choo TrainI am 19 and I still shop with my mom. For starters she pays 🙂 and she has a really great fashion sense. I probably started shopping in juniors at 10. I wore a 000 LOL! Wish I wore that now… Once I hit my teenage years I pretty much just shopped in the young adult (like 20’s+). Because they fit me better and were better quality but still cute.Answer by HulaHoop
I started this year and I am 15. I’m not short either (im 5’8”) I just hate how juniors clothes are often really revealing. I still go shopping with my mum and sometimes my cousin (she is 28.)
BQ: It depends on how many clothes you already have.Answer by livelaughlove™ <3(:
Haha, ah when I was 12 or 13.
And yes, of course I still go shopping with my mom; we’re really close. I’m 17.
BQ: How much? Ah, I don’t know, it depends I guess.
Answer by Brookei started shopping in the juniors section when i was like in the 6th grade?
i still go shopping with my mom because it means more clothes!
i’m now 16yrs old.
BQ: i dont know, my mom, great grandma & grandma just got me all new clothes & got rid of my old ones!!
Answer by Giovani QuertanI’m 14 and I started shopping juniors last year. I go shopping with my mom because she has a credit card even though she occasionally gets me ugly things lol
BQ: just buy what you think’s cute. Buy items that’ll look good in more than one outfit so that you can mix it up, but you don’t really need a new wordrobe. I still wear clothes from like 6th grade and I’m going to 9th lolAnswer by Michelle
