What’s the difference between marriage and Christian marriage?

naturalphase: What’s the difference between marriage and Christian marriage?
The question pretty much sums up what I want to know. Also please tell me the difference between high monogomy and low monogomy…and traditional and untraditional. Has there been any studies done to suggest any “type” or religious background suggests a longer or shorter marriage?

A marriage has a religious value.

A Christian marriage works the best depending of course how Christian the married people are.

A marriage has a religious value yet we are imposing a government value.

The only sanction of a marriage should be a church, a free religion in a free land.

There should never have been nor should their be anything like a state marriage license.

both put god first before marriage, god should number 1 in the marriage, respect next, friendship, then love comes in time. i truly believe i can say i love you then leave you the next minute when i don’t get what i want. love is an imagination of how we really want to feel. reality of who we are inside sets us apart from the world. in order to love someone one we have to love god and ourselves respect others.
