There is no college geometry unless you were at a community college in which case it is the same as the high schools. You shouldn’t need extra studying it’s really straight forward as long as you pay attention.

I took classes in college when i was in Highschool too… so many classes in fact, that I dropped out of highschool my sophmore year and went straight to college aftert that. I was a very good highschool student, straight A’s/AP classes and all. All i want to say is, College is much more difficult than highschool. Whether it be in Math class, or any other class at the college level. I still highly recommend you take the college level class, but just expect 3 things.

1. The class runs at a much more faster pace. They don’t slow down for anyone, so you better keep up with your studies because, one thing leads to the next, and if you don’t know something, don’t expect the professor to baby you.
2. A lot of learning is done on your own time, as professors dont tell you exactly everything you need to do in order for know all the material (like they do in highschool). You have to be able to read the book and learn on your own.
3. Grades are based on examinations and the examinations are much more difficult than highschool. In Highschool, your test may answer may come out with an easy whole number (ex. 2). In college the answer would have to be more exact (ex. 2.453). Good luck!

ps. in highschool intermediate algebra and tri are combined. In college the classes are seperate. But like i said earlier… College trig and algebra will be more intensive than highschool tri and alg.
