Whats the difference between flag football and Capture the flag?

Corinne: Whats the difference between flag football and Capture the flag?
Or are they the same.
We played captured the flag in gym once but i hadno idea wat i was doing. I sorta get football but wats the point of the flag?
& how do u play?
All the kids in my grade r getting together to play flag football, i said i would go, but i hav no idea how to play this.

No they are different. Flag football is just football but instead of tackling you grab people flags to get them out.

Flag football is like regular football except the rules are little more lax and the point is to steal the flag, not to tackle anyone.

Capture the flag is where there are two teams on opposing sides trying to steal an object from behind enemy lines and return it to their own side without being caught.

capture the flag is where you have two teams, two bases that hold a flag, and a center line. The object is to steal the other teams flag and bring it back to your side of the line without getting tagged. Flag football is just a game of football but instead of tackling the person with the ball to cause a down, you just grab their flag that is worn around the waist and rip it off a belt usually. This is to prevent injury’s common with unpadded football games

flag football=same as football, but instead of tackling the ball carrier you grab a flag (there are two flags) to stop him.

capture the flag=there’s two bases, each base has a flag and each base has a team. you try and sneak over to the other team’s base and grab there flag and bring it back to your base.
