Whats the best way to pay on a Japanese website that doesn’t use American Credit Cards or has Paypal?

Mathias B: Whats the best way to pay on a Japanese website that doesn’t use American Credit Cards or has Paypal?
I’m looking to buy a manga from japan for my friends birthday. The website I found stuff on had a number of pay options, like WebMoney, NetCash, G-Money, Edy, BitCashEX, and NetRideCash. Only problem is I can’t speak Japanese and I have no idea if any of these pay venders take American Dollars. Can someone please help me?

I use this site for all my shopping needs from Japan. They take PayPal and can get pretty much anything you want from Japan with no hassle and quick.
