An important question you should ask yourself: How can you make the website reflect what your company does? What kind of traveler do you accomodate; couples and honeymooners/those looking to get married, families with children, seniors, singles, young adults and students (hostel types)? There is a growing market for ecotourism so I don’t know if you cater to that market also. Plus: what part of Japan? Hokkaido, Kyushu, the city or country?

However I can say that links to maps of Japan, currency exchange, and recommendations for travel guidebooks and dictionaries would be a good start.
