I want to rent a motel room with my boyfriend but he’s only 17 and I am 18. You need to be 18 years old to rent a motel room so i want to sneak him in with me. What would happen say we were to get caught?

Just go to your room, open it, go out to your car, leave the key there for your boyfriend to get it, and you go back to your room and wait for him to come up. I you get caught, you can be in a very good bit of trouble because he’s younger

if you mean your parents, ehh.your call. they will probably wind up grounding you or something .

and you mean from the company, you pay for the room and the bed and stuff. not that amount of people inside. believe me, i am sure they expect that to happen. so, ust dont check in together .

nothing he doesn’t need to be sneaked but you cant sleep with him even if that is the legal age to consent it must be in his 17 with 17 however depending where at considering only a 1yr difference it could be legal 4 you to to u know but dont do it any way if it is

1. You can usually bring any guests into your hotel room if you want, especially during normal hours (some hotels might have a policy of people staying past a certain time, as a way to reduce noise).

2. Hotels and motels are often places for such trysts.

3. It is not illegal to have a 17 year boy in a hotel room with you. Though, depending on where you are, it may be illegal to have sex with him.

So basically, unless caught in the act of coitus you have actually not broken any laws.

You do not need to sneak him in! Hotels plan on 2 people per room and they don’t care about their ages. To rent the room, you need to be 18, you could have a child, or younger brothers and sisters…the age of the 2nd person in the room does not matter. when I go to a hotel with one of my kids, I don’t have to sneak him in because he is under 18!
